Louisville projects
Louisville has a steady mix of people who teach on camera: cooks and food businesses, makers and woodworkers, fitness trainers, home improvement crews, and small companies explaining a product or a service. Many film long tutorials and walkthroughs in a kitchen, a shop or a spare room, then run out of time to cut them. Those are the videos we work on most.
Local filming conditions show up in the footage. Summers by the Ohio River are hot and humid, so garages and workshops get loud with fans and air conditioning. If the room hum is strong, a microphone close to your mouth helps more than anything we can do afterward, and we'll clean up what is left. Spring brings fast-changing light through windows, so a long recording can drift from bright to dim. We even out exposure and color across the whole video so it looks like one session.
Older Louisville houses and brick storefronts make good backgrounds, though their rooms can echo. A rug, curtains or a bookshelf near the camera cuts the echo down before it reaches the edit.
How a Louisville project runs
- You share the raw footage and tell us the topic, the target length and how often you post.
- We watch enough of it to scope the job and send a written quote with a delivery date.
- You review a first cut on a link and leave notes at exact timestamps.
- We make the changes and deliver the video, the caption file, the chapter list and thumbnail stills.
The whole job runs online. Footage comes in through a shared link, cuts go back as review links, and calls are booked in Eastern time. We don't have an office in Louisville, and an edit doesn't need one.
What you can order
Long-form YouTube edits
Tutorials, reviews, interviews and vlogs cut for pace, with retakes and dead air gone.
B-roll and graphics
Cutaways, screen recordings, zooms and lower thirds so the picture keeps moving.
Chapters and captions
Timestamped chapters for the description and a corrected caption file for upload.
End screens and exports
A clean last 20 seconds for end screen elements, thumbnail stills and upload files.
Questions
Do you meet clients in Louisville?
No. We work by email, review links and video calls booked in Eastern time, so there's nothing to schedule in person.
Can you edit a recipe or workshop series on a regular schedule?
Yes. We set up a template with the first episode and deliver on an agreed day each week or month.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how much raw footage there is, how long the finished video runs, how much b-roll and graphics work it needs, and whether captions and chapters are included. Each job gets its own written quote before work starts.
